What Vokalu does in Slack

Text going into Slack is kept casual and concise, and a single short sentence loses its final period, the way people actually write in chat. Your words stay yours; Vokalu only removes fillers and applies your corrections.

The Slack desktop app is recognized by name. In a browser, Vokalu recognizes Slack from the tab title, so keep the site’s name in it (it is by default). Only the name “Slack” is used for formatting; the rest of the title stays on your computer.

Does Vokalu need a Slack integration?

No. It types into the message box like a keyboard does. It never sees your workspace, channels or history.
